How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic Orders:

International Orders:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada and United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. Track your package through our website or directly through USPS.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products unless they arrive damaged.

How do I initiate a return?

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return shipping label (if applicable)
4. Ship items back in original packaging
5. Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving return

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged items
• Description of damage

We'll provide a replacement or full refund within 7 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are free for open but damage. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
