What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products unless they arrive damaged.
How do I initiate a return?

- Ship items back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving return
What if my product arrives damaged?

- Description of damage
We'll provide a replacement or full refund within 7 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are free for open but damage. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
